We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1pm are usually received by our customers within 48hours.
Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays where it will be a Tuesday).
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email. Then a following email once we have dispatched your order.
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or has missing items please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Out Of Stock Items
If we have an item that is out of stock, we will inform you on the length of time we would expect it to be. If you would then like to cancel your order we will issue a full refund.
Faulty Item Returns
Faulty items sent back to us will undergo a warranty inspection. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
Please note: items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. Our returns team will inform you if this is the case.
