Returns Policy


  • Marginal Gainz should be made aware of your intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • All items being returned should be in their original packaging with manufacturers labels still attached. They should be unused and in a saleable condition.
  • Place a copy of the receipt in with the products you are returning. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not returned in accordance to our returns policy. 

Refunds or Exchanges

New items that you want to exchange due to the wrong size or wrong item being ordered will be exchanged. However shipping costs cannot be refunded and you will be charged delivery for the new items.

New items that you want a refund due to you ordering the wrong size or wrong item will be refunded, however this excludes a refund of all your shipping costs.

Damaged or faulty returns wanting an exchange will be done so FREE of any extra charge.

Damaged or faulty returns wanting a refund will be issued a full refund of the original purchase price.

Shipping cost refunds
We do not refund any postage costs in returning items that are either the wrong size or part that the consumer has ordered.
We will refund 100% of the postage face value for items returned if faulty.
We will refund 100% of the postage face value if the item has been damaged in the original transit.
We will refund 100% of the postage face value if you have received the wrong item in your order due to a mistake made by Marginal Gainz. 

Postage Returns To Marginal Gainz
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.

It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 24 hours. Refunds can take up 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.
